How To Make White Sunglasses?

I had this idea of modifying sunglasses so that the lenses were white opaque, but I could still see through them. Does anyone know how I could do this? Is it possible at all, and if so, what special coatings would I use? It would have to be some sort of one-way glass, perhaps frosted somehow? I'm not really knowledgeable about optics at all.
