The Orion Little Giants 15x70. Real nice binos. I'm sure you can pick them out with 10x50. Uranus will be easy, Neptune is dimmer. It's a fun project. You can get the position from Astronomy or Sky and Telescope magazine. They usually give a map of the path for both. It's all I used to spot them. The maps they give have enough stars to make the finding pretty easy. Good Luck.
