And, by the way, it wasn't completely irrelevant to my post, since part of what I had written dealt with artificial intelligence.
Computers will master common sense. Years ago, voice recognition programs became good enough to recognize and correctly distinguish among all the words in the sentence, "Please write to Mrs. Wright right now." That may only be a baby step toward common sense, but three decades ago many "experts" on computing thought that computers would never make it even to that point.
Besides, once computers have enough intelligence to reprogram themselves, they will leave us behind literally overnight. I just hope that they are kind to us when the day comes.
