| Draco Constellation

I am doing a school report on the Draco Constellation, and I have been able to find most of the things that I need for the report. But there has been a few things I haven't been able to find out. Here's the list of them: 1) Who named the constellation Draco 2) Why did they name it that 3) When was it named 4) Is it part of the Zodiac belt of constellations and if so where?
