Regards Distribution Curves

Distribution curves are obtianed from numerous measurements. Theory does not produce distribution curves unless statistics are thrown in ad hoc.

The migation time of solar particles from the interior to the surface is all theory, no data. Therefore, it would be misleading to cite the predictions as a distribution. It's like asking for the distribution curve for the big bang.

So your smokescreen is exposed.
