This theory explains that the idea of time having a past or future is an illusion created by the left/right sides of the brain.

Psychometric test projection research reveal that indivdiuals graded function 90% or greater either lateral percieve time conversely and direct ratio as past future respectively..

Past / Left Hemisphere
Future / Right Hemisphere

Individuals so laterized left greater than 90% tended towards highly rythmnic ordered lives referenced to repetition of previous events and deferred authority to Axiomed power structures.

Individuals so laterized right greater than 90% tended towards highly creative random lives moving to imagination of future events and expressed individuality to wider future socializations.

MEANING : That time as a past / future is a split brain perception "illusion"

ADJUNCT : Splitting of structures on matter in a vortical flat galaxy produces flat planetary orbits creating opposing forces at the level of Planetary poles...Cellular / genetic splits.. Neurogenetic split..

MEANING : Time as a past and future is created by the splitting of our brain which is a perception local to humans within a vortical space ... producing a major handicap for dealing with and understanding Non vortical events and spaces within the cosmological scale.
