Nikola Tesla had the unique idea that no matter
produced any more energy than recieved from the enviroment, he believed atomic power was an illusion, for example: a quantity of uranium or
radium does not produce or generate the alpha/beta
/gamma radiation, it simply acts as a transciever of a "raw primordial form of electrical energy"
and then radiates this energy in the various forms of alpha/beta/gamma, same case with a permanent magnet, its molecular structure is as such to recieve this raw energy which is manifest

to as "radiant energy" or "cold current", this effect he noted with impulse apparatus, specifically,what is known as the "tesla coil"
this device is actually a D.C. powered impulse transformer, wheras a magnetic field is utilized
at a right angle to disrupt an electric spark discharge, to produce ultra rapid and short duration impulses, this produces an amazing silver/white fluidic energy discharge , and what tesla called the "stinging rays" ,teslas discovery
of artificial "fireballs" is connected to this line of research, fireballs are produced when metallic vapors are subjected to explosive discharges/impulses, or a resistance is subjected
to high energy explosive electrical impulses to thus produce a cloud of vapor, which becomes a fireball "ball lightning" which is a giant molecule, with a very short life span, it may be possible to produce a stable "plasmoid" in a non-vacuum utilizing teslas electrostatic impulse ideas, this could be the ultimate energy power source!.
