yes, what i meant was nothing, no spacetime and no energy or matter...
another question... circa 13 billion years ago or so "before" spacetime and energy or matter or might i say before the big bang where the only thing that "didn't" exist was nothing would the uncertainty principle be a valid physical law such that virtual particles might flit in and out of existence virtually displacing nothing with virtually something?
