I have recently bought an Orion Collumating EP and (after several hours) thought i had the collumation bang on. I took may scope out (I let it cool down etc) and looked at M31. All it looked like was a large 'blob'! I didnt see any detail or resovle any stars. I have a 10inch f/4.8 newt.
