You wouldn't explode exactly, but the lungs would definitly explode(by quickly filling with blood), and your body would get a little bigger when the water in every cell of your body freezes...

You die quickly...Less than two minutes. Deep sea divers have had the same affects when they ascend in the water too rapidly. They also get the "bends", but that doesn't matter to the unfortionate person decompressing, because they die shortly.
