i have been wondering about this for a while and just finally decided to get on here and ask ya'll smart people on here , so here's my question, about 5 months ago i was looking at the moon and there was a bright white ring around it and stayed there all night. anyone no why it was there and what it is called . i would really appreciate any info about it please email me at skully_78@yahoo.com ,
