I don't know, How about schools that have an observatory and or government contracts for some aspect of the space industry ? Look for courses that will certify you at the technician level to work in an observatory, go for the low end job and educate yourself while you are employed in the industry of your choice.

Have you tried any internet searches for colleges or universities in your state. I haven't done it yet, but I am real sure that if I entered good ol' netscape would take me right to a university of southern california home page, no search needed, your milage may vary depending on your internet browser or search engine.

good luck.
