Frame time (1/30 sec) is so short, that there is not much photons pass via telescope during that short time (unless you point it on bright object like Moon). So, what you'll see on a camcoder is dark fluctuating noisy field with barely recognizable "something" with complete lack of any detail.

Buy tracking system and CCD (better chilled one, but that is still expensive). Make a fes second exposure - may be you see something on your computer then (chilled CCD gives you many minutes of exposure time which is a great deal of time to accumulate photons and get nice pictures of medium brightness objects).
