I can't think why you don't use a Nautical Almanac. These give the declination from the equator and the angle from the (In my case the London)meridian. I don't know what the Pasadena version gives. Sorry. But if you have to work out the GHA for your location then all you do is find your map reference and add or subtract your time zone.
