When obsverving Jupiter's cloud belts I'm only able to make out two very promonent belts and once in a while at the northern tip one will pop into view for a few seconds and then fade out. I'm using an 8 inch reflector with a meade 4000's series 9.8mm super plossl which gives me 204X. Any tips on observing the Jovian planet would be very much appreciated.

Thanx in advance & Clear Skies.
