sorry , red kips answer first , i have a skyquest 6" dob , researched all brands , money wasnt the problem . Do i wish i would have got the 8" , yes . But im thrilled with Orion on all aspects of information , quality, service and will get my future dream scope , a big refractor, motor drivin , photo capable because you can talk to them!!! and the product stand up to the sky and telescope reviews , get the magazine and read it . all month , then get the next one . clear skys
