First get a chart. Learn the Zodiacal constellations first...Leo, Virgo, Libra etc. From there you`ll need to identify stars like Sirius in Canis Major, Betelguese in Orion and so on. The stars and the time of year are important. One example is the contellation group Cassiopeia, Cepheus, Andromeda, Perseus, Augria are basically in a group. Gemini, Taurus, Orion, Monoceros, Canis Major, Canis Minor are in a group. Leo, Virgo,Libra are in a group. Study the stars and Northern Hemisphere constellations and put them in groups. This is how I learned. It takes time. Good Luck. |
