Hello Ken ! I have a Meade Starfinder with Magellan II Computer and I still have problem to connect it to a RS232 PC Serial Port. Can you or something else explain me what to do to work fine with SkyChart or other "Magellan II-compatible" programs ? I have to buy a 6 wires phone jack ?? Finally in the LX50 site they talk about an Upgrade Software V1.6 for Magellan II to make it Y2K compliant , it works for a Starfinder too ?? (Is the NOT-upgraded Magellan II Y2k compliant??) Sorry for so many questions... Thanks a lot !! Paolo. |
