The Best Planetary Scope???

I`m saving up for the scope that`s going to show the most detail on the planets with the following restrictions. For now, I don`t plan on spending over $2,100 and the whole setup, (scope, mount, tripod), must weigh less than 47 lbs. I`d greatly appreciate any opinions or help on this. THANKS!!!
