I am new to telescopes and I have the following 'basic' question. The R.A. settings and Dec. setting on my Meade 4500 telescope are in what units of measurement? Are the R.A. settings in minutes and the Dec. setting in degrees? Once I have this question answered, I have others. Thanks ahead of time for any consideration given this question. Frank.
