I'm afraid it's nearly impossible to buy a good telescope in the price range you gave. The ones you can find at that price generally have terrible mountings, and are frustrating to use. Have you considered binoculars? You can get a pretty good pair of binoculars for $150, and binoculars are THE BEST observing tool for beginners in astronomy:-). The 7x50mm size is usually considered good for astronomy, and of course you can use them for many other activities as well.

: I am a 10 y.o. looking to buy my first telescope. Where can I find the best telescope for my limited budget? (I am living in Spain, so shipping has to be considered). I have between $100-150 to spend.
