: Hello, I am doing a report for my high school on Astronomers. If there : is any astromers or those that know of good place to get information please email me : sabledragon@hotmail.com : thanks Astronomy and Sky and Telescope Magazines have done articles on astronomers and historic telescopes. Check their web sites for indexes of articles. Also, i am sure famous astronomers like hershel, copernicus, kepler, Tycho, etc. can be found in good encyclopedias or encyclCDs. Carl Sagan's book Cosmos has a good history in some of its early chapters that talk about early astronomers and their accomplishments. Hope this helps and is not to late.
