The pricy EP`s from Televue/Nagler are indeed nice to have. The wide view Naglers are a great eye relief and exit pupil. Most of them are apochromatic which is why they are expensive. Because of the fast focus of your 8", having a Ultra wide EP would be OK. However, it has been my experience that Televue works a little better with APO type refractors and slower focus SCT`s like a 10" f/11 or so. The EP`s that you have are basically enough. You can of course replace (upgrade) them to better ones if you wish.
