Hi
I have not participated in this forum before, but hope someone with more experience can help with this.
I have a 10-inch Meade Starfinder which is awkward to use - problem is that when I first set it up for a viewing session, I have to rotate the OTA such that both my shorty little wife and myself can see through the finder and eyepiece. If i then point the telescope to a different part of the sky I have to undo the rings then rotate the OTA again to reposition the finder and eyepiece. Not only is this cumbersome - I risk dropping the OTA on the ground.

Does anyone know of an aftermarket ring system which allow you to rotate the OTA without undoing the rings?

thanks for any help

Bob
