Just take them off. You don't need to keep on your glasses. Adjusting the focus will take care of most eye problems unless you suffer from stigmatism.

If that is the case and you are sure you are in the hobby for good look at eye pieces billed as having long eye relief. This is the distance you can place your eye away from the EP and still have a good view.
