Jake,

I have a 1.25" Lumicon OIII and a 2" Thousand Oaks OIII and can't tell any difference between the two. Both are excellent. I tested using the same 1.25" eyepieces, threading the 2" OIII into a 1.25"-2" adapter. I'm not saying there is no difference - there very well might be - but I sure can't see it.
