Very Low Power Eyepieces

I'm looking for a very low power eyepiece to use with my 10" SCT (2500mm focal length). I have the TeleVue 35mm Panoptic which I love but is a bit too powerful for something big like the Pleiades. I'm looking at the TeleVue 55mm Plössl and the Meade 56mm Super Plössl. I'm leaning toward the TeleVue because of their reputation of superior quality products. I would like to hear from anyone who has any experience with or opinions of these eyepieces, or knows of other quality eyepieces of similar focal lengths.
Thanks,
Jake
