as the town i live in can be pretty bad from the standpoint of LP. Fortunately there's a mountain pass [over 6000 feet asl] that's not more than a dozen miles away [and the town i live in is small enough that i can get away from the bulk of the LP at that distance]. Having grown up about the same 12 miles from the white house i can sure identify w/ the LP thing- and have forgotten how lucky i really am now to have potentially fine viewing so close to my residence!
