| Out Of Focus Eyepiece?

My wife gave me a Bushnell 4.5 reflector for Christmas. The 20mm eyepiece that came with it is sharp and clear but the 4mm eyepiece is not . I sent it back to the factory for collimating, but the problem remains. The image is indistinct and unviewable. Could this be a cheap lens or could it be the scope? Any suggestions for a new lens? I'm looking to get the most magnification I can. Thanks |
