The question is what do you need filters for?
If you are wanting to image (take pictures of) the night sky, then you want some specific filters, like Red, Blue, Green. If you are simply observing the night sky then you probable would want to simply buy a Moon Filter, a Nebula Filter or maybe a Polarizer Filter that could possibly even replace the Moon Filter, depending on the Polarizer that you buy.
Don't buy for the sake of buying.
Research and then buy.

That wheel seems like a good buy if you know exactly what you are doing in Astro Imaging.
Otherwise, trouble.
