Once you get that small an eyepiece with that high magnification, they just don't focus as sharp as a bigger one with less magnification. I have the Teleview Radian 8MM, does real well on a clear night at 386X on the moon. The planets, it must be pretty still air and stars don't really get to pinpoints like the 22MM or 14MM. The 14MM is noticable not as sharp as the 22MM. I like the Radian because of the long eyerelief. I think you get that with the Lanthanum also. Is that the $220 one or the cheaper one?
