RE: Scanning/Locating Eyepiece

In my opinion only...I use a 40mm 2" only to find certain areas I need pinpointed. I have no use for a 50mm or larger. For general scanning the stars I use a 1.25" 32mm or my 26mm Plossls. With these EP`s I can also see deepsky stuff for better position. Having a 50mm 2" eyepiece; you might as well have a pair of binoculars. My opinion only here. Good Luck!! |
