I have the Celestron Ulitima 2X and the Antares 3x barlows. Both of these perform very well for me. I have a 8" F6 and an 80mm F5. Both of these are cheaper than the Teleview. As for the Orion barlow I haven't tried it so I can't really recommmend for or against it. Everything I've heard and read about the Ultima has been very good. So it would be a safe choice.
