Uor choice sounds OK. I wouldn't go with a 4mm though. A 6mm would probably be a better choice and when used with the Barlow will be the equivalent of a 3mm which is more power than you will be able to use except under the very best seeing conditions. Get the best Barlow you can afford, one of the APOs would not be out of line. I have the Meade 2X APO and it's about as good as any I've seen and used. DO NOT GET A MULTI-POWER Barlow as these are almost always bothered by internal reflections. Getting good eyepieces is a good investment as you can use them when you step up to your next scope.
