The choice between the "O-III" and "Ultrablock" filters should be determined by your use. The Ultrablock is a general use filter to get rid of sources of man made light pollution and is probably the right filter for you. The O-III is a special purpose filter which will greatly enhance certain nebular objects but is not for general purpose use.
