For the high end, I've pretty well decided on an 8mm Radian. With the Meade #140 Barlow I already have this will give me magnifications of 150X and 300X.
For the low end, I'm considering a Meade 32mm (1.25) which, with the Barlow, will also give me the equiv. of a 16mm - 38X & 64X respectively.
Since I haven't yet had the opportunity of trying any of these at a star party I'm sort of relying on general opinion as to how they might perform.
Since I can go to a 2", I'm also thinking about a 35mm Panoptic or (suggestions welcome) a 40mm or 55mm. Naturally, I'm not about to rush out and get these, it'll be a while yet, but it's nice to gather input.

Thanks,

Glenn
