Thanks for the input Bobsal and JKHobby! I knew there was something one would have to give up for an all in one product like a zoom lens, you generaly do with anything like that. With your input noted, I guess the only real use for a zoom, would be for terrestial viewing. Since a telescope doesn't have to be as finely tuned for this type of viewing.
