It's Best To Clean Them As Little As Possible

I have four $300 eyepieces for over a year now. Havn't cleaned them. They have a few spots, but that really doesn't degrade the image. I have a few older one I have cleaned. I used plain water and lense tissue from the eyeglass place. The cotten is OK, but try just the water. One of the biggest maistakes amatures make is cleaning their optices too often. These are multy coated surfaces and when you clean them you can actually wipe some that off. I hope that's not what you have done and that's the spots you are seing, missing multy coating.
That's it;
BOB SAL
