They're OK

Omcon/Sky Instruments/Antares...their line of optics aren't that bad and some are comparable with others that are OK. The Speer-Whaler series of EP's have been compared (in some respects) with Naglers and Panoptics. They actually sell nice stuff that is cheaper than most. I would say the plossls are standard like Sirius and GTO's.

Thye're not the greatest, but at the same time they are far from the worst.
