Hello,

I have a C102 HD Celestron Refractor 4" with a f/9.6 length. I use a 1.25 20mm and 10mm Plossol for viewing. The moon comes in crystal clear but everything is like a paint spot, no definition or clarity. Is there anything I can do to increase its performance. I tried to view Mars the other day and all I got was a fuzzy red/orange dot.

Any info that would increase my viewing pleasure would be helpful

By the way, I'm considering on buying a 10" Starfinder EQ from Meade

Thanks so much

Clear Skies

Bruce
