"What missiles do we have to give up, and why?"

I was just making a smart-Language Removed comment about how the defence department gets many orders of magnitude more money than most other programs. You could really take almost anything out (those useless patriot missiles, for example) and we'd still be far and away the most powerful military force in the world.
