I think it is very crude.Nevertheless,they collected datas for 5 years.In many days,it do not have a sun shine.And use an old sundial.It's will crude.Because of people's eye isn't right every times.I like bardin'idea. Collect every area around the world for analyzing.And I'm very surprise that they have a great predict almost 80%. |
