The Moon is at Rise plus six hours the Sun is at -3 hours so they are 9 hours or 135° apart. The Moon would be half way between full Moon and last quarter and would be known as a Waning Gibbous Moon, rising at about 8:45 P.M. and setting at about 9:15 A.M.
