Help With A Simple Question

Please help me answer these questions!

You are up late one night doing your physis homework. The time is 3:00AM You look out your window and see the moon above the southern horizon.

1. What is the phase of the moon.
2. What is the approximate angle between the sun and the moon?
3. Approximately what time di the moon rise?
4. Approximately what time di the moon set?
