Hello folks,

Welcome back to Astronomy Net. We are on a new server and boy is life grand. I took the time to organize my code so I can program much easier.

Since this is the Christmas season, I added this forum to discuss what the three wise men saw in the sky.

I saw a program mention the many sky things one might see. Three planets (Mars, Jupiter and Saturn) formed a conjunction in the "House of Herod" in the sky around 4 - 6 BC. This certainly would have intriqued the wisemen is they were astrologers as some suggest.

What do you think?

John
