Stay away from Celestron! Their head tech guy is Derek Schwartz and he is a real trip. When I wanted to speak to his boss his reply was "as far as you are concerned I AM CELESTRON." Told me I couldn't get Joe Lipica's, Pres., phone number. I had Lipica's secretary transfer me to his voice mail in about 30 seconds. However, Celestron's president doesn't give a damn about customers with issues. Stay away from Celestron and try and find a reputable manufacturer. |
