You mentioned getting nice views of M13 and M57. I am new to observing using a telescope and would like to know do you actually see nebulas and galaxies in color like in astro pictures?

I read on a Celestron site that pictures get color of gas because of long exposure times thus more light collected.

I want to get a 8" scope, but not sure if I will see such views, can you comment please?

Thank you, Dmitriy
