I searched around and found the contact info for this Tangent. Tangent Instruments

Tangent Instruments, 1691 Spinnaker Drive, Suite 202, Ventura, CA 93001 (805)642-3136 contact: Rick McWilliams.

The circuit board itself has the following:

TK04/88 Rev

Meaning April 1988 revision?

= = = = = =
Also, for anyone needing a new motor the information is:

Synchron 110volt 60cycle 3 watt 15 rph
515335-27 (numbers appear on end of motor, printed with crooked stamp appearence)
These motors are still available from:
http://www.hansen-motor.com

And they are called "600 Series Custom Synchron Motors Type "K" AND refered to as "instrument motors".

"You can get this pear-shaped, 2-hole-mount AC motor in speeds from 1/2rph down to 1 revolution per week... "

Hope this helps someone out there!
