C5 Tube Came Off Mount

Hello,

Interesting thing happened on the way back from the lunar eclipse. I was having problems with the focus on my C5. When I was packing it back in the case the tube (orange tube) came completly off the mount. Interetingly there are not set screws or threads to hold it on. I press it on later today and was still having problems with focus.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
