I sounds like a 4.5" or 6" short tube reflector. First, does it have a mirror at the bottom of the tube (reflector) or a lense at the top(refractor)? Is the eyepiece holder at the bottom center of the tube or at the top on the side? Does the eyepiece holder look like it takes a .96" eyepiece of a 1.25"? Does the tube sit in the center of the tripod like a camer tripod or does it have counter weights (EQ mount)? I don't think it's so important to identify the model, lets just see if we can get it working. That's basic information to get us started. Get back to me and well go to the next step.
That's it;
BOB SAL
